In Your Room
Air Conditioning/Heating: Individual controls for heat and air conditioning are in each guestroom. Adjust the thermostat located on the wall in your guestroom to attain the desired temperature, ensuring the green light is ON. Upon your final departure, please turn the heat and air conditioning unit off.
Bell Services: Complimentary luggage storage is available via the front desk.
Deliveries and Packages: Deliveries are accepted by our colleagues. We will call your room to notify you of a delivery.
Housekeeping: Our team will refresh your room daily, including trash removal, towel and amenity replenishment, and remake the bed with existing linens. Should you choose to decline service, please place your Do Not Disturb sign on your guestroom door.
Restaurant and Bar
Hummingbird Bar + Kitchen: Located on the Lobby level.
Hours are as follows:
Breakfast: Monday through Friday, 6:30am-10:30am
Lunch: Tuesday through Friday, 11:30am-2:30pm (closed Mondays)
Dinner: Monday through Friday, 5:30pm-10pm
Brunch: Saturday & Sunday, 11am-2:30pm
Saturday Dinner: 5:30pm-11pm
Sunday Dinner: 5pm-9pm
Holiday hours vary; please press the Restaurant speed dial button on your guest room phone to enquire about reservations. A selection of food and drink items are available 24 hours a day in the Lobby and may be purchased at the Front Desk or charged to your guestroom.
Room Service: Room Service is available by dialing 7997 on your guestroom phone. See the menu in your guestroom for selections.
Guest Services
Business Center: Located in the Lobby and is complimentary for our guests. The Business Center is open 24 hours. We offer high-speed internet access, desktop computer and printing capabilities. Faxing is also available by contacting our Front Desk team.
Check-In & Checkout: Check-in time begins at 3pm. Checkout time is 11am. Please contact the Front Desk if you need to stay past the designated checkout time.
Fitness Center: The Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day and is located on the 2nd floor. Please use your room key for entry. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Ice, Beverage & Vending Machines: Ice, water dispensers and beverage machines are located on each floor at the elevator landing.
